  • Overview

    Assist and Support Senior Trust Officers in the daily performance of duties and servicing of client relationships.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients (e.g. account owners, trust beneficiaries and portfolio managers) on a daily basis. Responds to their requests and works with them to resolve issues and meet their needs
    • Account openings including verifying assets, cost and acquisition date of new assets
    • Prepare and process cash contributions and distributions upon receipt of appropriate documentation
    • Filing, copying, scanning and faxing
    • Close accounts using the SEI Trust Accounting System following appropriate procedures
    • Utilize the SEI Trust Accounting System for administrative services, to open and close accounts, account maintenance, and the creation of administrative reports
    • Process IRA and ERISA distributions utilizing SEI PAY3000 system
    • Work with Senior Trust Officer to monitor cash positions in accounts on a daily basis and resolve any overdrafts
    • Maintaining administrative account files
    • Organization of documents and correspondence
    • Complete special projects as requested
    • Support the Senior Trust Officers in all other aspects of trust administration
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications & Skills


    • Highly effective written and oral communication skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organization skills, with the ability to maintain legal documents
    • General knowledge of investment products
    • Problem solving skills
    • Ability to follow through on projects in a timely manner
    • Proficiency and experience using MS Word, Excel
    • SEI Trust Accounting system experience preferred, but not required



    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
