The Vice President of Human Resources leads the generalist team’s efforts in recruiting, training and development, employee relations and engagement and retention across B. F. Saul Company and Affiliates. This senior role provides strategic and tactical leadership to fulfill the company’s and human resources team’s mission and business objectives. Partnering with the senior business leaders of the company, this individual is accountable for the full range of Human Resources functions and is critical to the establishment and enhancement of the company values and culture. This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and engages consistently with the company’s leadership.
