    Responsibilities of this position include providing administrative support to the Senior Managing Director of Client Services and Trust Operations.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Provide effective, confidential administrative support
    • Validate data in Client Relationship Management system and serve as point of contact for reporting and enhancements to the platform
    • Serve as point person for frequent projects such as client communications, policy and procedure manual creation and updates
    • Serve as firm administrator for DocuSign application
    • Maintain executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and teleconferences
    • Coordinate department meetings, prepare materials and take notes
    • Provide back-up support to other employees as needed and as directed
    • Prepare, verify and update business reports such as commission, weekly and monthly sales reports
    • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
    • Maintain confidential personnel files
    • Screen mail and distribute
    • Prepare and track expense reports and invoices
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications & Skills


    • Excellent written and oral communications skills
    • Analytical, legal, technical, interpersonal and strong Microsoft Office skills required specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • CRM, Document Storage, DocuSign, and database management is a plus, but not required 


    • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably trust or investment management firms 


    • Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent work experience required
