    Assist the Chief Investment Officer with daily needs and engage with: client service; portfolio review; client and prospective client presentations; and general internal compliance procedures.  

    Duties & Responsibilities

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Responsible for ensuring accuracy of shadow (non-custody) portfolio database
    • Responsible for new account tracking, set up in database systems
    • Prepare initial review documentation
    • Primary responsibility for maintaining client records including trade advices and other pertinent documents
    • Assist with annual review process: track accounts requiring review, prepare review documents, track action items and ensure accounts are in compliance
    • Assist in quarterly Investment mailings
    • Responsible for client mailings
    • Assist in account performance reporting for both custody and non-custody accounts
    • Provide assistance with administrative client (not investment or portfolio) matters
    • Maintain files per compliance requirements
    • Administrative duties including but not limited to: daily/monthly reports, document printing, routine correspondence, copying, filing, greet clients and visitors, maintain client and investment files
    • Expense reports and travel arrangments
    • Special projects

    Qualifications & Skills

    JOB REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS/ABILITIES):

    • Superb organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
    • Good communication skills; ability to interact with high net-worth individuals/families
    • Good interpersonal skills and flexibility; ability to work with other staff members in a team effort
    • Good math and writing skills
    • Ability to initiate and follow-through on projects
    • Proficiency with and experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 

     

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Some knowledge and experience with financial matters and investments preferred
    • 2-3 years administrative experience preferred 

     

    EDUCATION / LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
