  • Overview

    Under the direction of the Assistant General Manager, the Concierge will be responsible for providing superior customer service at the front desk for all residents, visitors and vendors.

     

    Please apply if you have the availability for the following shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm Saturday and Sunday.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Present a professional image at all times
    • Greet and respond to resident requests and inquires in a professional & friendly manner
    • Work to address resident concerns in accordance with the company's customer service standards
    • Answer phone in friendly, upbeat tone, transfer calls and/or take detailed messages
    • Maintain a clean work environment – front desk, package room and filing system
    • Accurately log packages in and out of computer system
    • Ability to precisely follow all key control policies and procedures
    • Assist vendors, guests and residents with keys, lockouts and work orders
    • Assist with communicating to residents upcoming events and changes within the community
    • Assist with resident events

    Qualifications & Skills

    JOB REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS/ABILITIES):

    • Ability to multitask without errors
    • Strong time management skills
    • Demonstrated experience in provided superior customer service in a luxury environment
    • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently  
    • Demonstrated ability to respond to and  to handle emergency situations
    • Ability to professionally resolve customer service issues
    • Strong  listening skills, verbal, and written communication
    • Ability to work under pressure while handling multiple tasks and providing excellent customer service
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to details
    • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to various situations
    • Ability to quickly  connect with others and build rapport
    • Computer proficiency
    • Ability to assess a situation, show good judgment and resolve conflicts
    • Must be able to lift 25 lbs or more

     

     

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer service required
    • Experience in luxury customer service environment strongly preferred
    • Related experience in hospitality or property management a plus
    • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer

      

     

    EDUCATION / LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
