Responsibilities include 7x24x365 Data Center Operations, Network Monitoring, System Monitoring, Hardware Upgrades, Software upgrades, System Upgrades and Providing Help Desk Support to all Users at Headquarters, Hotels, Office and Industrial, Residential and Saul Centers. The Following is a more detailed list of duties and responsibilities of the Network Group Support. Part of the responsibilities is to understand Sarbanes-Oxley ACT sections that apply to financial reporting controls. Network System Engineers must understand, follow, and assist in the development of all policies and procedures as outlined in the published IT SOP document.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Email Systems (Blackberry, Exchange)
Network File Servers (File and Print)
Application specific Servers (Delphi Sales System)
Workstations and Laptops
Existing Systems Maintenance
