Overview

Under the direction of the General Manager at the Kennedy-Warren, the Concierge will be responsible for providing superior customer service at the front desk for all residents, visitors and vendors.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Have a gracious approach to all activities
  • Present a professional image at all times
  • Greet and respond to resident requests and inquires
  • Work to address resident concerns in accordance with the company's customer service standards
  • Ensure that only authorized individuals enter the building
  • Manage multiple phone lines and direct them to the appropriate destination
  • Assist with resident packages and mail
  • Coordinate loading dock deliveries to the line
  • Assist with resident packages and mail

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Related experience as a concierge, leasing, resident services or a strong customer service background
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer
  • Knowledge of Yardi is a plus
