Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to assess the best insurance coverage options
  • Negotiate coverage with underwriters
  • Attend industry events
  • Assess, accept, modify, or reject risks for E&O programs in accordance with established underwriting guidelines
  • Review and respond to inquiries in accordance with established service guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with carriers, brokers and clients
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of marketing and new business acquisition initiatives
  • Meet and exceed renewal and new business benchmarks

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum three years of professional experience working with corporate clients
  • Relevant insurance experience is preferred, not required

 

EDUCATION / LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License - will be required within 60 days of employment
