The Interactive Marketing Associate is a critical role in the overall, coordinated Interactive Marketing department of the Hospitality Group, as well as a key support function for the direct sales effort. This position will work very closely with the rest of the corporate Interactive Marketing team to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned, effective, and executed in a timely manner. As a part of the Interactive Marketing team, this position will work collaboratively with Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, and Revenue Management teams to provide high-quality support and services.
Website Management and Optimization
Execute website operations, including: day-to-day edits and enhancements, online placement, and new content creation.
Local Search and Partner Site Listing Management
Proactively manage the accuracy, placement, and optimization of portfolio content and listings on major digital channels.
Such listings include (but not limited to):
Website Analytics Reporting
Support property sales team efforts, including compiling and translating data, communicating best practices, and gap-filling as needed.
Email Marketing and Social Media
Champion email marketing and social media efforts for the Hospitality Group and portfolio.
Marketing Collateral Design and Support
Support in creating of marketing campaigns as directed by the Director of Interactive Marketing, V.P. of Sales and Marketing, the Director of Food & Beverage and or/as required from the field in sales effort.
Photography and Implementation
Assist with photo shoots, including scheduling, planning, and on-site coordination. Provide photography support as needed at company and property events.
Other key marketing duties and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management
